About Time and Space
Daily events magic.
'Time and Space' is the theme I have been working on for the past 10 years. The inspiration comes from a trip I made to visit my childhood neighborhood in Madrid, where I grew up until I moved to South America at the age of 12.
When I started walking the empty streets of my old neighborhood, numerous memories emerged of my childhood friends, the games, the dreams, the stories, the sandy windy breezes and the various joys of early life. This experience provoked the realization that many different things can happen in the same space at different times.
At first sight, what seemed looked like an empty space on a cold winter day was in reality the time keeper of previous events.
Time and Space was born. The activities taking place in a certain place/space in different times and contexts. And then, just let it flow, and the city becomes the spaces for dreams and memories...
Time and Space allows using all the tools I have learned and love to use such as photography, paint, architecture. It is about composition and color.
The latest series of these collections is Air, where you are floating; you are in heaven or in the Olympus — It is a process of change and all of your past is travelling with you.
I choose to bring the good moments in this trip.
